BAR ('Bridging Activity Returns') is the Annual Rate (profits) We Pay You (P2P Bridging Investors) on Your Bridged Funds. The Rate is Quoted Annually, calculated Daily and Paid on Settlement of the respective Bridging Finance transaction. Bridged Funds is the money You Invest in Bridging Finance transactions.

Bank Rate
This is the Net Rate Paid to your Facility (Investment) Account by Bank where Your Investment Account is Opened. The Interest Rate is Negotiated by Us with the Bank on Your behalf and determined by the Bank. This Rate is Quoted Annually, calculated Daily, and Paid Monthly into Your Investment Account.

Other Fees
Zero Account Management & Service Fees (current accounts may be subject to additional fees).
Zero Withdrawal Fees - flat fee of R20 regardless of the amount withdrawn.
Zero Deposit Fees - subject to standard deposit fees which may be charged by Participating Banks.
